Hi,

With the cards being new, are the 5770's made by different manufacturers basically the same cards with different stickers / warranties?

Just need to know if any 5770 would be a good choice :)

Thanks guys.

Yep all the same execpt the asus and msi have unlocked bios, so you can overclock more then the others. Or you can just downlaod the asus bios onto what ever brand you have to get the unlock. I went for the to Asus cards so i didt have to mess about with this only like £3 more per card :)

All current 5770's follow the standard reference design and are therefore physically all the same. The Asus ones have a modified bios which allows you to change the card voltage potentially making them more overclockable if you're into that kind of thing.

You can change the voltage on all the 5770's, the ASUS bioses remove the 'clock limits' that ATi put in place.

All other cards can only go up to 960MHz on the core without a bios flash.
