Quick question guys, I need to get a new Power Brick for a 360, are they all the same?

No, some are a lower wattage for the new 360s.

If you have an old 360, you can't use one of the new PSUs, has to be an older one.

If you have a newer 360 with the lower power requirements, you can use any (AFAIK)

correct you need to get either a 203watt if yours is of the 3 pin type or 175watt if its 2pin (check the back of the console itself)
iirc you can't plug a 175watt psu into a 203watt xbox but you can plug a 203watt psu into a 175watt xbox

If you mean the connection on the PSU itself, the number of pins is irrelevant. I have had a couple of 203watt 360's which have only had 2 pins on the 'kettle' lead connector (my old launch day model did have 3 though).

Easiest way is as you say, check the writing on the PSU or on the console box.
