Seen a few of these around and I'm not getting anywhere buying a built bargain so thought I might give it a whirl. Anyone got experience with the books at all? :)

Someone on the forums built a nice one, as mentioned arcadecontrols is a good site.

You could also and buy a cheap Jamma Arcade Cabinet and use the J-pac interface to connect it to a pc.

Big ol' cabinet for me :D

Even if you buy an old battered cabinet they still seem to charge a premium and I fancied a book as I can take it away from the pc with me instead of printing out the pages off the net. It just seems neater, especially if I need to explain my requirements to someone else. :)

I got a Metal Slug Jamma cab for £50 fully working off the bay. :)

Bah well I haven't got that lucky yet lol, I check 2 or 3 times a week and do put bids on. I have downloaded the plans for the minimame cab too but I think I want to go full size. :)
