Are "BitFenix Spectre" fans controllable?

As the title says, are the BitFenix Spectre Plain Black 120mm and 140mm fans controllable (RPM) :confused:

. I am asking because on the specs it has a fixed RPM of 1000 (for the 120mm).

Where does it say "fixed" in the specs?
I have the LED version which I imagine to be fairly similar and that is controllable

I use 5 of them on an analogue fan controller just fine.

It doesn't say it is fixed but I assumed it is as it says 1000RPM.

The rated rpm is usualy rated rpm when at 12 volts and a fan controler simply lowers the volts to the fan making it run slower.
Aslong as you are not running the fan on too low a volt it wont spin up you should be fine.
