Are EE/T-Mobile blocking VPN connections?

Bit of a weird one this. I've been using two different VPNs just fine on EE/T-Mobile's 3G network for months on and off, but today neither solutions will connect. If I connect to WiFi and try them, they both work fine.

So, is EE blocking VPN traffic all of a sudden? Anyone able to test for me?

That would wipe out every business customer trying to connect to their office so I doubt it.

Some more Googling tells me that, in the US at least, T-Mobile has switched over to IPV6, meaning you can't connect to IPV4 VPNs. Not found anything that specifically mentions the UK yet, but it would make sense.

I actually spent a chunk of yesterday evening setting up VPN access to my home network. For testing I did use my phone on EE and it appeared to connect and work fine.
