Are four full dimms affecting my overclock?

I can't manage to achieve a stable overclock on my system, I have

tried changing ht multiplier, vcore, ram voltage, cpu multiplier etc,

all to no avail. My system is;

AMD 6000 X2

Asus M2N32 Sli Deluxe

4x1Gb OCZ PC2-6400C4 Dual Channel Platinum Revision 2 XTC 4-4-4-15

I can't get past 3.150Ghz

Any insight is greatly Appreiciated.

4x1GB Modules can affect OC and so can 2x 2GB Modules, may need extra NB or/and Memory Voltage to get same OC as before if on the FSB.

thanks for the response, I am a bit of a novice at overclocking

(never done motherboards voltages). I keep see people getting 3.3-3.4Ghz on

air with this chip and motherboard, I can't get near that. Considering I have four

full dimms, how far could my system go?
