Are hotmail.com addresses still available?

If you put yourself down as a UK resident they will give you a .co.uk one, the .com ones are still around if you pretend to be an american or go through the US hotmail site.

Just register from US or Republic of Ireland or somewhere, then once you've got your .com, change your location to UK, that's what I did for my new Hotmail I'm yet to use
