Are J20 drinks healthy?

I'm trying to cut down the amount of unhealthy drinks I consume while at the pub, such as coke, JD + coke and pints. Are J20 drinks fairly healthy (ie actually fruit juice) or are they just sugar and chemicals? I've checked the label, but it seems a bit ambiguous to me.

Ok thanks :), maybe I'll stick with orange juice instead, even if it does always come in those stupid little bottles.

Apparently a glass of red wine is good for you!

So you could just make a glass last an evening lol

Men don't drink red wine in public :)

Real men drink Ale or Bitter. :D

Lager tastes like watered down crap after drinking Ale :p

^ What he said. I can't do it! far too girly! I quite like wine, and it's ok with meals etc, but not in pubs lol! I only usually only have one or two drinks anyway (1 alcoholic) as I'm almost always driving, we always get there quite late in the evening anyway.

guiness is good for you! (apparently)

Hmm, maybe I'll just alternate between Guinnes and orange juice lol! Guinnesss is usually my drink of choice when I want a pint anyway.

who needs glasses, tbh J2Os are all sugger and chems, Innocent Smothys = win

Innocent smoothies are good (especially the mango one) but you can't get them in pubs (plus they are well expensive)
