i have a logitech g19 keyboard, which im quite happy with, but ive heard good things about the Qpad mk-80 mechanical, are they worth it,would i notice any diffrence upgradeing to a qpad from a g19?

I have the Mk-80, it truly is a great keyboard, though the G19 is a good keyboard in itself. The Mk-80 is a great FPS keyboard, but also a nice keyboard to type on. I think that having typed on crappy USB keyboards for so long, the ability to press multiple keys at once is really good.

It is probably the best Mech gaming keyboard out there

I ordered the Qpad today as I've been reading all these good things about mechanical boards so I'll hopefully be able to give you an opinion next week. Coming from only using plastic dome keyboards I'm sure I'll love it. Love the look of it though especially the blue backlight. I guess if you go mechanical it may be the last keyboard you'll need due to their build quality.

The downside is if an LED dies in a backlight keyboard. Particularly if they're using individual diodes for each key as opposed to a light guide. Either technology is a hassle to fix though.

I'd have to say they are worth it - I picked up a Dell AT-102W (UK version of the 101W) with black alps switches from ebay and the difference between it and a rubber dome board is amazing! Regular dome boards just feel so "mushy" in comparison!
