Are modular PSU cables interchangeable?

I've got the EVGA Supernova G2 850w PSU, however I've missed place my VGA cables - are these generally interchangeable across manfacutures, because I know they're OEMs.

No. The pin-outs will vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. Even the same oem will have different pin-outs as it depends on the platform used. Plug the incorrect cables in and there is a high chance of something going pop as someone on here found out last year. It cost them a new psu and gpu. Your best chance would be to send EVGA a email and see if they will send you the cables you need. Always keep the unused cables in the psu box and put the box in a safe place.
