Are modular PSU leads universal?

I'm putting together an old PC with a XFX XTR PSU, it's modular.
The problem I'm having is that all the case fans have molex connectors and I've lost the molex connector for the PSU.

I can see people selling what LOOKS like the right part on ebay, but they're all for different brands of PSU's.

Will these work?

Different manufacturers use different cables. If you get one and it does fit, I’d check the voltages at the connector to make sure it’s right before I plugged it into anything.

Nope, even if they look identical they may be wired differently. It could be so.ething as simple as a different plug at the PSU end, to potentially sending 12v down the 3.3v wire

Also some PSU leads have in-line capacitors, some others don't.
