Are reed.co.uk courses actually worth doing?

As above, really am looking for some more courses to do and hopefully find some semblance of a career in the future. Reed seem quite cheap, but do their qualifications actually hold any weight?

What course are you looking at doing?

Nothing too specific at the moment, but I'm interested in intro courses like business and estate agent fundamentals. All my experience has been in the security industry at various levels which due to my injury I can no longer do. I'm just trying to find something I could possibly do for a career in the future.
