I have a freezer pro cpu cooler and this is my first intel system ive built. The push pins locking system on the intels seem rather flimsy, are they? cos a amd cpu coolers looks much safer then the intels.. I keep expecting the push pins to give way when accedently knock the cooler while working inside my case

How strong is this locking method, cos it doesnt look nearly as strong as amd's method?

You know if your installing the cpu cooler with the board out of the case, you need to rase the board off the table for the pins to go in??, and you need to make sure the pins ar in the locked postion before pushing them in?

Oh so the pins wont come out of my freezer pro, if I wanted to bolt it on? With abit of luck, if it did fall off, the coolers power lead would stop it before it would fall on my cards

And Im guessing the best was to transport them is the case lying down not standing up, cos the bumps and stuff from the car *** cause the cpu to fall offl.
