Are the latest Vista Beta's updated to current retail versions?

Those of use who have the current Vista Beta's, with the Windows updates, are they now pretty much the same code as the retail version?

No. Only selected beta testers that reported many bugs will get a final version of the product.

So when do they get them? I assume just pick at random from people who reported lots?

The selected were just given access to MSDN back in November.

No the RTM code is much faster than the beta code with the updates

ther seems to be a bit of fog in the channel with this thread
