Are the overclocking bars in RivaTuner the limit on overclocking?

I have a factory overclocked GTX 9800+

The stock settings on a GTX 9800+ are 675 Mhz, 1100 Mhz and 1688 Mhz respectively.

I haven't experimented with pushing my overclocking settings any further than 800 Mhz, 1200 Mhz and 2000 Mhz respectively (above) as these O/C settings are 100% stable.
I'm just wondering if I can get anymore out of my card?

What I'm wondering is do the blue bars in RivaTuner show the absolute maximum that my graphics card can be pushed to? (below)

Years ago I used to use a graphics card tool that gradually increased both the core clock speed and RAM speed until sparklies could be seen (this was a sign to back off) but I've forgotten what it's called :o

Anyone know?
Cheers :)

I'm surprised that it remains stable at that speed, quite nice for you though :)

You can definitely take it faster by editing the bios and reflashing, but thats definitely not as nice as software overclocking it. I'm just starting gfx overclocking, but so far evga's tool has been nice enough to work with, and it might let you go further than rivatuner.

Whatre you stability testing with? Mine behaves fine below about 80 degrees but throws errors when its hotter

Yes it's a good overclocking card

Well I run graphic intensive games like Crysis, Race Driver: Grid and various benchmarks including 3D Mark Vantage also I can run the Intel Burn Test numerous times and it's been very stable.

I just remembered that other overclocking tool - ATI Tool
