so not needing more than 3 satas till now I never really paid attention to my silverstone sfx 450w not having more than 3 as I’ve only ever really used 1 as I have an m.2 boot drive, so now I need one that has at least 5 sata connections, but I don’t want to spend more than I need to for something I don’t need. Ie, my system doesn’t really need more than 450w unit, but I don’t want to pay too much on more power just to get extra sata’s.
Are there any 450w units that have 6 sata?

If those require molex then I don’t have any spare unless I don’t use my one of my fans, I did think an adapter, but I think my gpu will interfere with the pciex1 slot, my psu clearly isn’t one for lots of components ha.

Not sure what PCIe slots have to do with adding SATA power connectors.
You can get splitters that plug into the existing SATA power connectors such as https://www.overclockers.co.uk/akasa-sata-power-splitter-ak-cbpw05-30-cb-058-ak.html. That one only splits 1 to 2, but you can get versions that have more outputs (e.g. StarTech PYO4SATA).
