Are There Any 8" - 10" Android or Windows Tablets with USB3, GPS and Good Screen ?

The title says it all really.
Good screen = bright, 1080p etc

The "cheapest" (cough cough) that I can find is the Samsung Galaxy Tab Pro 12.2 but that has a larger screen size.

if you forget about GPS, you can import a sony vaio tap11 for about £350-400 from us or dell venue 11 pro that is for manufacturer refurbished.

or even surface pro for about £250 , just search the bay some good refurbished deals there, on the USA side.

I forgot to mention, if I went for a Windows tablet, I'd want the full proper Windows.
