You could scratch any window with enough pressure.
If you've bought a case with a scratched window then complain and get it replaced. If you've scratched the window since buying it then you should've been more careful
but you can buff out most acrylic windows with the right stuff and enough elbow grease.
I've not had many scratch issues with Bitfenix, I've had no end of scratch issues with Corsair, but I doubt there's a common thread to this. Just be observant and careful.

Tempered glass
I've almost scratched the glass on my In Win 901 just taking it off the case!
