Are there any IPS screens that dont suffer from IPS Glow?

I've seen many IPS screens in various products other than pc monitors and you never see ips glow quite to the degree that monitors display it. Even IPS tvs generally are quite good with this.

Are there any IPS monitors available atm even if more expensive than most monitors that dont display IPS glow?

I'm speculating but I think IPS glow is inherent to the technology...hence the name.

That being said, I have an IPS monitor and it's minimal to the degree that it's unnoticeable except on black backgrounds.
