Are there any reliable 4g/5g coverage and speed checkers?

I've just switched over to Lebara (Vodaphone) and the 4g speeds in my area seem to be absolutely awful with no 5g coverage at all. I know there are loads of coverage checker websites but i'm wondering which ones are actually reliable and worth using to pick a new provider?
