looking for a windows laptop comparable to 8th gen i5 with usb C charging, screen 12" or less. do they exist, seem to mostly chromebooks or intel celery and not much ram

Seen a few Microsoft Surfaces floating around which seem pretty decent, by the looks of it the Surface Go 3 is 12.4" which is pretty close

yeah but they look like there are mostly tablets

oh there are some laptops... but they cost a fortune for low spec

Not quite 12", but Dell still do the 13.3 inch versions of Latitude (7350 / 5350 or 3340) which are a decent size imo - I have an older one for work and it's still an ideal size to sling in a bag, and fits under the car seat etc.

thanks for suggestion., ive gone for the surface go. which is to replace a Lenovo x280. one the usbc ports is broken, its got intermittent keyboard failure, and a locked bios . I got this one apparently in "very Good" condition and with a couple of ebay discount codes got it down from 259 to 209 including the docking station and dpd delivery, i will post some pics up when it arrives
