Feel it's worth a mention that the 6850 benchmarks slightly higher than the 460 except in the couple of games where nvidia always wins out, and you can get one for £135.

GIGABYTE Radeon HD 6850 - 1 GB GDDR5 - PCI-Express 2.1 (GV-R685D5-1GD)

And total is £587 hows that sounding now?

And will they all work together and will I need any extra cooling or what

About to purchase so any last suggestions?

I cud squeeze the Intel i7-860 Quad Core Processor - 2.80 GHz, 8MB Cache, 2.5 GT/sec, Socket 1156, 45 nm, 3 Year Warranty, Retail Boxed instead probably

or

Intel i7-870 Quad Core Processor - 2.93 GHz, 8MB Cache, 2.5 GT/sec, Socket 1156, 45 nm,3 Year Warranty, Retail Boxed

Would it be better to get Intel i7-870 Quad Core Processor - 2.93 GHz, 8MB Cache, 2.5 GT/sec, Socket 1156, 45 nm,3 Year Warranty, Retail Boxed instead anybody????

For what? Gaming?

At the moment it's pretty pointless.

The only other suggestion is remember sandy bridge is early jan next year, which promises to be about 10 - 20 percent faster clock for clock than current chips... Prices apparently about the same as now.
