Don't see any obvious reason why not.

Personally i'd go for vista, but I understand people have different requirements.

DDR3 is still mighty expensive for the performance, but will depend on what you want and your budget...

Also, read the forum FAQ on posting about competitors.

It all seems ok although that case is just ghastly and not worth that amount of money in my opinion. You can get a far better case for that money. You can even get a Lian Li for less than that. An Antec 300 is £20 less.

Any reason why you want DDR3? There's not a lot to be gained from it at the moment. You could save a fortune by getting a P5Q Pro on this week only along with some good DDR2.

Can't see why you would get XP64 over Vista 64 either. Don't get me wrong, i have tried Vista and hated it but XP64 was never very good.

id change the cooler to a noctua, the zalman disperses heat in all directions in the case whilst the noctua directs the hot air towards the exhaust fan at the back of the case, will keep all of your components cooler. apart from that if youv got the cash and wanna spend it all on that then its a good setup
