Are these good quiet cooling options?

Hi, the stock fan on my x800GTO2 and 3700 are so loud it's driving me up the wall, so i've been looking round and these seems to be the best noise to performance coolers.

Zalman VF700-CU Quiet Copper VGA Cooler (HS-013-ZA)

and the

Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro CPU Cooler (Socket 754/939/940) (FG-000-AR)

Are these decent choices? I've never really bothered with coolers other than the stock ones before so i have no experience with it. Also will this case complement those 2 and vica versa?

Any opinions would be really great.

Thanks, Higgins.

They should both be pretty good.
For the graphics, the arctic cooling vga silencer is worth a look.
And for the cpu, consider the sythe ninja cooler.

You will need to undervolt the fans on whatever you buy for complete silence, so you will probably need a fan controller of some sort.

The case link doesn't seem to work.

Edit: The arctic cooling cases aren't that good iirc. Dodgy non standard psu i think.
You want a p180 for complete silence.

I'd go for a 120 akasa amber it'll keep it chilli

I have just replaced my Zalman 9500 with an Si120 and Vantech Stealth fan.
My Opti 170 ran @ 41 idle and 55 load with the Z. Temps are now 34 idle and 44 load with the Si 120. Need I say more?

I've got the Zalman VF700Cu and it's very quiet on 5V. Reduced temps by about 20 degrees too

I've got an Akasa EVO120 for my CPU fan, seems to do the job. Again, very quiet when the fan is set to minimum speed (comes with a backplate to adjust the fan speed, it sounds like a jet engine on full whack)

I've also got an Antec Sonata - very nice, very quiet case with a good PSU
