and it's best to show your temps when the system is fully loaded after 30-60m

Idle makes no difference especially without an ambient temp, my 2500k at 4.5ghz has been as low as 17c in a cold room.

Get something like prime 95 and run it for 20-30 minutes and see what the Delta T is (difference between ambient and full load).
