Are these power levels okay?

I'm on virgin media, 20mb and almost everytime I play GoW3 I end up with a lot of lag :|

Just wondered if anyone can check these power levels?

DS: -5.0dbmv/36db
US: 51dbmv

Upload is maybe a bit on the high side, but the rest seems fine. My downstream is -7.6 or so, which is on the edge. I even have an attenuator fitted as well, but it hasn't affected anything yet.

51dBmv is fine, and nothing you can physically do to lower it unless you have done any diy wiring that could effect it or fitted some dodgy b&q splitter.

Unless it goes above 55dBmv it wont cause any problems so just leave it

if u have any doubts with it call VM they will sort everything and decide if there is a problem...

if its working.,... there is no problem...
