Are these powerline adapters compatible?

I'm living in my friends house and he uses these powerline adapters for internet

I wanted to know if this powerline adapter will be compatible with the ones he uses?

They should be using industry standards and work together although its no guaranteed between different vendors. You could always return it if not.
