Will these Cambridge Audio SX-60 speakers and
Cambridge Audio AERO 5, Premium Centre Speakers work

ok with this amp Sony STRDH790.cek and these front Amos speakers
Onkyo SKH-410(B)a and this bass cambridge audio minix 300

Any good compared to what?

They will be fine, might help if we don't have to guess what you need them for, and expect out of them...

Will they all work with the amp?........Yes

Will the front three speakers blend seamlessly?........No. But it won't sound horrible so don't worry.
Tonally, you're mixing conventional tweeter in the L&R speakers with the BMR driver in the centre. Although they're all from the same company, there are differences in the way the tweeters work that mean they don't sound the same. The SX60 will sound a bit more upfront thanks to its treble bite compared to the AERO 5 centre.

On the plus side, the BMR driver in the AERO 5 centre has wider dispersion than a conventional dome tweeter, so it will produce a wider sweet spot for the centre channel which is where 80% of a movie sound track comes from anyway.

The Onkyo ATMOS speakers are fine for what they are. You can get better, but at a much higher cost (KEF R50). With reflecting speakers, you're listening as much to the sound of the surface the sound is bouncing off as you are the speaker itself. In the context of the rest of your hardware, the Onkyos are probably the most appropriate choice.
