Are these temps normal?

Hey so my problem is thus.

I have an i5 2550k @ 4.6 with a OcUK H2 Flo Extreme CPU Cooler in a corsair carbide 500r with max fans fitted but my cpu Idle temps are

Core0 35
Core1 34
Core2 29
Core3 37

Are these alittle high for water cooling? I would have thought 25ish idle?

P.S i have 2 gtx 570's in the case too idle at 31-33C if that makes much difference

After 10 mins on BF3 ultra settings it hits about 45-50C
