The Motherboard is set to Control the Fan RPM - Would you leave it this way?

What rpm is the fan running idle. Is it running full speed at full load? Personally I would like to see the temp a little lower at full load but it's okay. I like to keep things cooler but than I run my system at 100% load for hours at a time.

Adding a 2nd fan would drop your temps a couple of degrees.

I think your cooler's doing well considering it's Ivybridge.
I'd like to see what the temps are like after 20 mins or so though, as your screenshot says it's only been running for a minute or two

Run intel burn test... It should find your peak temperature a lot quicker than prime95.

Prime95 cycles every 15 minutes, so you're not going to see much in the first 10 minutes
