Are these three matched pairs of RAM pretty much identical?

Hi there.

I have the following sets of matched pairs:

2 x 4GB Corsair XMS3 (1333MHz) 9-9-9-24 1.50v ver2.12

2 x 2GB Corsair XMS3 (1333MHz) 9-9-9-24 1.5v ver2.2

2 x 2GB Mushkin Silverline PC3-10666 9-9-9-24 1.5v

Are these pretty much identical in their specs?

The reason I ask is that I am cobbling together two PCS and one has 4 RAM slots and one has 2.

I assume that it is better to put the Corsair together but was just checking.

Or does it literally make no difference at all?

If you can run with them installed, you can always run a program to tell you who made the chips etc. Something like CPU-z should be able to get you that info. Just incase the timings are identical but the manufacturer isn't.
