Are these UV lights bright?!

Just wondering how bright these are, would 2 be enough to make my cpu water loop glow?

I think mine are the same as those so they should be fine. (mine are older so probably a little dim now

)

One thing... don't expect them to be bright straight away as they take around 5 mins to warm up.
