Are UATX and MATX the same size?

I have an old pc which is currently using a 478 UATX mobo, im looking to replace it with a 478 MATX board, are they the same size? I dont really want to buy a new case and theres no details on the manufacturers website for either the dimensions of the case or the mobo.

The "U" is used because it's the closest match to the symbol for micro ( μ ) without faggoting around with character map.

Ah right, I was just sat here thinking if there the same size then why call it different names as the letters before ATX define the size, ATX, MATX, EATX.
