Are UV cold cathodes completely safe?

I've got 2 UV cathodes in my pc case which is sitting next to me and has a side window. Just wondering if the UV light coming out of this is safe?

For example is it on par with the amount of UV light you get exposed to when you are walking around outside in the sun or is it way less.

it should be fine. but just dont have the cold cathodes in direct view, ie hide them in the case so that you cant see the actual tube, only the light.
