Honestly I can't stand people who waste food, sure you can't always get kids to finish their lunch and dinner but adults!

Especially when it comes to wasting meat.. I went out for a meal today with my family for my cousins 30th and damn at the amount of food left...makes you think about all the people starving :(

Maybe I'm just overreacting I dunno

Same here, worst thing is my mother is the worst at it.

Always cooks way too much so half of it goes in the bin. It's even worse when we have the family round for Christmas, the massive downstairs fridge get's stocked from top to bottom with enough food to feed a small country. Again, uneaten = bin.

I have been known to waste food because sometimes I simply can't get through something before it expires. Like some pate I have in the fridge, you're supposed to use within 3 days of opening it. There's no way I can possibly get through all that pate in 3 days. Bread is another bad one because it always goes stale a few days after you buy it, and I can't get through an entire loaf that quickly.

It's one of the downsides of living alone.

Freeze your bread after 3 or 4 days, winner!

I hardly ever waste food but I've just left almost a full plate of lasagne as its comprised of 95% half cooked lasagne sheets. The only way I could eat it would be to lick the sauce off each sheet.
