Ditto, I finish a session and wish it was time for the next. Most of my time outside of the gym/work/sorting out my next meal is spent reading about the gym/nutrition. Maybe once I've fine-tuned my diet and programme to perfection I'll settle down a bit but once I hit a plateaux or feel like I'm not getting maximum effectiveness from it I'll be right back in there.
addicted to chocolate which is bad. i get through 3 chocolate bars in a row. then feel very ill. also addicted to facebook which is annoying as i waste most of my time doing nothing on it.
