How is Windows 10 free? The cost of the OS will be part of the RRP. Or is MS giving away the OS to OEMs?

Edit - Seems it an Android tablet. Does that mean the Windows 10 is the full version? If it's an upgrade you can already get that for free.

its free from release date for 1 year, afer that you need to pay for it.

you upgrade W7 SP1 or W8.1 to W10 and its free for the life of the device so if you change your motherboard then MS class this as a new device
