Just made this in the blender... omg mouthgasm.

1 young coconut, meat + water.
1 cup of ice cubes
1 banana (frozen, peel it BEFORE)
1 mango
1 scoop optimum nutrition natural strawberry whey

I'm addicted to these young coconuts they are flippin delicious.

i have used frozen fruit in the past, but it tasted horrible, cranberries, strawberries, blackberries, blueberries the lot of them, but i think freezing kills them.

so it's best to just stick to the basics.

i know a lot of people who don't like peanut butter, but they love it in a shake or chocolate peanut butter flavour protein powder.

you can get cheap vanilla pods off ebay too.

so try banana, half a vanilla pod and some peanut butter and milk. very cheap smoothie there and should taste great

If you don't freeze the bananas i find the smoothie gets too full of air bubbles.

I use a mix of:

1 scoop Unflavoured whey protein
1 scoop 100% pure cocoa powder
1 scoop powdered peanut butter (PB2 - amazing!)
1 banana
1 cup 1% milk

Tastes amazing! Sometimes I'll add in a tablespoon of instant coffee powder in the morning instead of the peanut butter etc.

I never thought of using instant coffee, thats a good idea. Maybe almond milk, instant coffee, banana and avocado.

I'm going to experiment with rooibos tea as well. Like cold rooibos, frozen rasberries and mango or something.
