Im having a dilemma (spelling??) with how i want my sound set up in my sisters room (shes moving to new-zealand so i get the bigger room
). what im looking to get is...
a dell 2407 wfp monitor and keep this old belinea 19" tft and have both running on my pc. (easy enough)
but... i want to buy a ps3 and hook that up to the dell 2407 (it has hdcp) while still keeping the pc connected (i imagine its possible theres vids on youtube of it) that seems simple enough so far but it starts to get a bit more confusing here...
i want to also buy a 5.1 surround system that i can plug into my pc while still be able to use the 5.1 (speedlink medusa) headphones that i have plugged in at the moment. (id like to switch between the 2 with a flick of the switch for when i can be noisy on the pc in the day with speakers and quiet with headphones at night. so i dont have to fart around with unplugging stuff)
BUT
i want the sound from the ps3 to be heard from the headphones/speakers in the same way as the pc.
im not sure if this makes as much sense as id like it to so ill draw a picture:
any help would be appreciated and rewarded with e-cookies and telekenetic love.
