Hi All new to ARGB and just acquired a pc with said lighting system running lian li aio 360 Galahad. Wondering how you control the lighting as i cant remember seeing control unit and still getting to grips and setting up system. Wife wants the lighting toned down:).
Still got bits in motherboard box i have not looked closely to see if controller is there as it has not crossed my mind about controlling the lighting until she asked.

Any hints or tips would be much appreciated.

Have you checked the motherboard/manual for RGB headers? An ARGB header will will look like a straight 4-pin header with one pin missing from one of the centre positions (so 2 pins, a gap and then 1 pin on a single header). The manual might refer to it as D-RGB or D-LED for "digital" RGB, rather than ARGB.

What motherboard is it?

I don't know about the Galahad, but if its' RGB is generic ARGB, then it should have corresponding cables to plug into a controller or motherboard header.

what motherboard do you have?
i made the mistake of buying £140's worth on ARGB(DRGB are the same thing) only to find i have no ARGB header on my motherboard, 5 controllers latter there is only one iv found that worth its cost in the Phantects one @ about £40
there is cheaper ones on OcUK site stating @ £4 they work but there basic in what they do. RED, BLUE, GREEN and RANBOW that's it.
My basket at OcUK:

Total: £21.64 (includes delivery: £8.70)

Be careful there is a lot or ARGB splitters that are worded to sound like there controllers but without the header on your motherboard they do nothing, this is called a controller..... it not its a spliter.
My basket at OcUK:

Total: £31.69 (includes delivery: £8.70)

This is the same controller but its sold as a kit and come with a a little DRGB controller that go's onto the input to actually make it a stand alone controller OcUK idi sell it but i cant find it now?? its about £40 and this is the one i ended up with there is about 40 colour/cycle options

Thought the lian li came with a little plug in controller?
Just acquired the PC already built?
Or you just built it?
Either way I would check for a little controller
If it was already built the controller may be
Inside the case
Not very convenient obviously
It should also be able to connect to the motherboard
Probably a little adapter for that with the lian li
Though unless we know what motherboard
Can't tell if you have an ARGB header on it
