Can anyone explain this to me.
I am trying to open some ports on a Dlink router to allow an application to connect to an external address.
These are the rules I set (ip blocked out, but the numbers are right):
But when I try to connect using the app I get this in the log:
So why is it blocking it? I have opened pretty much everything for that Ip range
