It's an upbeat electro/synthy instrumental track with a kind of staccato melody, probably 70s been used in several adverts I'm certain.
It loops the main melody a bit.
Initially I thought it was on a GTA radio soundtrack but I think I that was Oxygene, anyway it's not that 'smooth' definitely more 'plucky' and 'poppy' (not pop music poppy) in its sound.
