argh! lost sleeve

why the hell to MS not give out proper disc boxes no more! stupd idea putting the cd key on the back of a paper sleeve!

cut to the chase, ive only had AOE3 War Cheifs about 72 hours now and my mate has managed to lift the sleave that it was in and put his cd in it and now he cant find the ******* thing/in the bin.

bought the game from a well know Game shop, will MS provide me with a new key? i havnt even got proof of puchase as there is no point in keeping the receipt as they wont take them back after the seal is broke.

im so amnnoyed right now!

I once lost the key to Generals and EA asked for a photograph of my CDs. Not sure if MS will do the same, best to contact them.

did the same for me but for a different. email ms and see what they can do . attach a photo of it and receipt if you have one .

have no receipt, bined it after i broke the seal! was bought on my card though....

is there anywhere that the cd key is stored, like the Doom3 serial
