Argh, need a little help with a new build

Ello people,
I've just 'finished' setting up a new build for my girlfriend.
Everything was going well, until i turned the power on. Everything looked ok, all fans going and such but nothing appeared on-screen. I re-tried this a couple of times and eventually the motherboard splash screen appeared, followed by the 'press delete for set-up' type screen. I pressed delete to check the cpu temperature and such, but it just hung there.
I decided to power off hoping it would work the next time round, but now i'm back to square one with nothing appearing on screen.
I have no idea what its posting as it has no speaker (i've just returned home to steal the one out of my comp).


Heres what i'm using if anyones interested:

MSI K8N Neo4-F SKT939
ATI X800XL
3200+ Winchester
2x512mb Geil Value
Tagan 380w psu
WD Caviar 160gb


Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated.

Reset CMOS?

Check all the obvious bits, connections and all that.

Check that the Heatsink is on right and that the CPU FAN is inserted right.

Try booting with 1 stick of ram.
 
If nothings displaying on the screen, check your memory and graphics card are connecting and in place correctly.
 
All sorted now, the mobo has a built-in 'reset cmos' button, that doesn't appear to do what it should.
Decided to reset it the normal way and now its up and running.
