Arma 2 Probs

Just been out and purchased Arma 2 this evening but I can't get it to load, ive updated the game to 1.2 and also the latest nv drivers, but im just getting a blank screen with mouse cursor after initial splash screen, any ideas? Spec as in sig

Have you tried a more stable version of the drivers? Not sure from your post if you tried the game before updating...

Also, might be worth trying a fresh instal.

ive not tried any other drivers, but I may do the fresh install

To use tjhe command prompt, right click on the launch icon on your desktop and where its got the bit in " " add the -maxmem bit at the end. then close and click on the icon. I have 64 and 8 gigs of mem, so doubt thats it but worth a shot.

I'd be tempted to see if it works with 4Gb RAM and go from there.

quickly partitioned my drive installed windows 7 x64 and it worked straightaway!
