Arma 2 Vaseline problem??

Hi,

I've been playing Arma 2 on and off for years, recently reinstalled it but with everything maxed out I get that weird vaseline smeared screen effect, its not so bad that I cant see but I can't focus on anything and its giving me a headache after about 10 mins now

Ive messed about with the options but I cant find one that seems to make a difference to it, any tips?

thanks gents, that has worked. I had gone as far as turning it to low but not off, my eyes thank you aswell
