ARMA 3 FPS problems

My specs are:

GTX 780
8GB Ram
i5 3570k

I have settings on high/ultra and 2xAA and my FPS wont go about 35 atm, ive played and had it at 40-50fps constantly at the same settings, i play another time, they drop to 30 max.........

can anyone help?

Its online, when im playing Wasteland, sometimes it runs fine at a good 45-50 fps, but then it can suddenly drop on 30 fps and stay there :/

A bit off topic now, I just got this 780, any suggestions of games to test the 780?
