ARMA II - £3.99 on Steam and other ARMA offers

Lol...bought this yesterday, and i dont really know why, my current rig really isnt up to playing it at what i think is an acceptable frame rate (based on playing the demo) and so probably wont even bother to download it until later this year when i switch to a new Sandybridge/Bulldozer and new Gfx card setup....

It needs 4 cores otherwise its not demanding. I play it on a 4870 only

We also could not work out how to drag or revive people.

Im still not sure of that myself, is it possible in a standard game. I thought it was ACE mod which did medical stuff like CPR

I assume so.. otherwise your friends are lying on the ground half alive for the remainder of the mission We resorted to mercy killing our friends so that they can respawn, this however kills the realism

Anyways, first mission what button do we need to press to free the guy tied to the chair?

This looks like it might be a lot of fun but it's not just a short term thing is it? You actually have to "think" a bit?

Must admit it's looking really good though and it has the best game manual I've ever read. Ever.

Not dropped below 60fps yet at 2560 x 1440 but as I said , I'm still in training.
