So I have a few questions about ArmA.

1.- Any patches came out that fixed most annoying bugs? I played the demo and the performance was relatively good, even with my ex- radeon 9800pro.
I have a rig as stated in my rig and Im looking for good performance at 1680x1050.
2.- Gameplay. How is the MP? Annoying people there (bf2.. :( ) Do we have an OcUK gropu there? It would be great.

I played OFP like mad back in the day and it was great. Im planning to buy this today if the anwsers here match my thoughts :) thanks in advance

I baught it just a few days ago, love it, the retail version is 1.04, patch to 1.05 (250mb) and then from that to 1.08 (500mb).

The singleplayer is pretty carp but the multiplayer is where its at, but if you want teamwork your going to have to join a clan/group, if you get in on a public server you will be very lucky :)

i havent tried this on my newish rig, but i was kind of warned off it by its alledged bad performance and massive system requirements ... OFP was brilliant, so if its as good as that i might bag it on the cheap

Just had my copy delivered, going to get it all patched up and see what it runs like. Under £18 delivered is a steal for the game

Sure you're not thinking of America's Army? Armed Assault was never free that I know of.
I think it's a pretty decent game, had to pfaff around with the graphics settings to get it running decent, but it still looks good.
Not played online, that might be the next port of call.

Oh yeah. Got my games mixed up.

What makes it worse is I have ArmA, bought the German version months ago!
