armoury crate stuck at 55%

i hate armoury crate
but need it to control my motherboard oled
and for free software that comes with the board

anyway if you're trying to download stuff in it
and its stuck at 55%
leave it open
don't cancel the download

make sure you have show hidden files/folders enabled
browse to
C:\Users\INSERT YOUR USER NAME HERE\AppData\Local\Packages\B9ECED6F.ArmouryCrate_qmba6cd70vzyy\LocalState\SupportTemp
they're already downloaded in there
just its stuck at the point
where it should install the stuff
i just copied to a new folder then ran the set up/exe file
installed fine
then close armoury crate or cancel the download

Thx for this info, i am just about to build a pc with a asus motherboard that needs armoury crate, will bookmark this, i hear so many bad things about armoury crate, hope its not all true.

Personally I hate it lol
The ideas fine
But I think it tries to do too many things
Leads to an extremely long installation process
And uninstall takes ages too
You end up with a ton of processes running
That are related to it
Which is most likely what causes people issues with it
All those processes make it more likely
To conflict with other software
Is my opinion anyway

To be honest unless you have an oled screen
On your motherboard
Or on your AIO etc
Or want the free aida64 etc
I wouldn't use it
I also prefer signalrgb over asus aura
So I don't need armoury crate for rgb either

It may work fine for you who knows
But the Internet is full of people
Who also have issues with it

Yeah you can download AI suite separately
Which kind of makes armoury crate
A bit weird
Since its meant to download the drivers
And utilities for you
Other issue I had
Was it didn't include asus sonic studio
In the audio driver given by armoury crate
Which is actually useful for the equaliser
Had to either get it from Microsoft store or find
A link for it on the Internet

Should say my motherboard is x570
So possibly some of those issues
May be fixed for newer boards
Though am not holding my breath lol

My gpu is connected by displayport
But just tried it
And sonic studio still improves
What's coming out of my monitor speakers
Can't test headphones
As stupidly forgot to connect the front audio connector doh!
Now can't get to it because a full custom loop
Blocks access lol
But it will definitely make a difference to headphones
